A Brooklyn chef has created an intriguing food combination: Banh Mi Pho. What a concept!
For those not in the know, banh mi or Vietnamese sandwiches, is a popular street food made from cold cuts of cured meats, pickled veggies, fresh herbs and pate layered on a French baguette.
