As much as we love the food from this restaurant, the service needs a lot of work. One of the reasons we decided not to go for dinner here was the slow service, yes they were busy, but then so are we! We decided to get take-out, a better option, yes...however, the way they packed one of our dishes was deplorable! All of the curry had spilled by the time we got home BECAUSE they placed the pho container on TOP of the curry container (need to mention that the curry was in one of those aluminum carry-out trays more suited for noodles and such, not sauces/curries). Service needs a LOT of work

The best Pho I have ever had. Very friendly staff.
Fresh ingredients. I think the best time to go is lunch.

Wonderful Food! Very friendly attentive staff! This will be our winter noodle house!

I just had my first meal at this restaurant and it was PHENOMENAL. It's a blend of Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, so the menu features more use of coconut, curry, peanut sauce, etc., in addition to the phos and the buns and the spring rolls and other Vietnamese standards.
A friend and I decided to split everything. We had the fresh Vietnamese spring rolls, and the sauce was amazing, a little spicier and with more peanut than usual. Then we had Tom Kha, Thai style coconut milk soup with mushroom, onion, pepper, lemon grass, galanga root, and lime juice. Very subtle, light coconut taste, just the right amount of spice...amazing. Then we split a taro bubble tea. I'm used to getting these in icy, smoothie forms, but this was just a chilled drink. Still really good though, and if you've never had taro, it's definitely a flavor worth experiencing. Finally we shared the sticky rice with mango and coconut sauce for dessert, and no complaints there, it was really great.
This restaurant has a great atmosphere, good pricing, and we had quick and friendly service. Our whole bill was just $22.

The only downside is the staff can be slow at times even when not busy.

Had my first Pho and first meal here today. I was blown away. $30 for two of us. We had the fried spring roll which were amazing. Flaky, crisp, flavorful stuffing and spectacular sweet-hot sauce. The waiter taught me how to eat/prepare Pho. Broth was unbelievably flavorful, meat was tender. It was a glorious experience. I already want more.

They just moved to this location earlier this week (April 2011). I have been to their previous location in Blue Bell several times and was just at the new location yesterday. The Pho is delicious and the staff very friendly. The Thai food is good too, however I usually go for the Pho as there are other Thai places near by but this this is the place to go for Pho!
