I have not dined in at this restaurant. But I have ordered their Pho (the one with the lean, cooked beef, since there are other kinds of beef toppings you can have) as take-out several times. This is the best Pho I can find so far, that is not in VietNam (I have tried the Pho at several restaurants until I discovered this one). The beef is very tender, very lean with no fat or tendon running across. The broth is rich with no liquid fat floating on the surface. The noodle is fresh and not hard. There are only 2 things I would like to have a little bit more, they are the green scallion and cilantro. But this does not make their Pho less good, considering we are in the US not in VietNam. To me this is the best. I hope they will keep up with their good work.

Food is excellent for this small family run business. We have enjoyed this place for years....don't miss it.
