I've been to Pho Ha quite a few times now. The pho is great. I can't complain about the food because everything I've tried has been delicious. My favorite is Bo Luc Lac. It's diced beef over rice with cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes. And it's served on a huge boat. Nice and large portions! I highly recommend this place.
