Chu Kha
Located in a strip mall at the intersection of Perris and Alessandro, Pho Thanh is more spacious, cleaner and better decorated than most Pho restaurants (and certainly far better than a local competitor in Moreno Valley). It would be another great addition to Pho choices for the UCR faculty and students (there are some UCR Vietnamese students working there part time).
Their extra large bowl is meatier than most other places. I like to order an "extra rare meat on the side" which I put in when served and this extra plate is also more generous than other locations too.
My wife's keen palate thinks the broth is better later in the day as opposed to the first customer in the morning.
We eat there often, although we live 20 miles away, and enjoy the friendly owner and staff as well as the good food.

Im hooked on #47 BBQ Chicken w/ rice Vermicelli. Yummy. There spring rolls are fresh and very tasty. The shrimp is not over cooked. Egg rolls are to die for. The restaurant is clean and the staff very friendly. I recommend this place to my friends and family. Horale...Muy bueno..
