Very, very good pho served here. The large portion could have had more broth, the server gladly brought me more broth when asked.
Very satisified with this resteraunt, better value than nearby Pho Saigon.
The nearby Vietnamese cafe, sandwich shop has excellent iced coffee.

I had been several times across the street and had seen reviews of Vinh Chau. I can't comment on the Pho, as we shared a Bun dish and grilled pork chop and rice plate. Both were served with broth. Very flavorful and cleansing to the palate. I would not hesitate to dine here again. Better command of English and helpful suggestions. Exterior deceiving.
Pleasant dining room. Saw more locals than @Pho Saigon which is usually a good barometer.
