Best place for Pho in Frederick! They have more meat selections than Lucky Corner. Their broth is tastier. They pair up with one of the PHO 75's owner, so it can't go wrong! If you feel like having Pho and your family or friends don't, they have other delicious items on the menu.

Greatest Soup!!!!

Supper Vietnamese Steaks!!! Yumm

They have a very good menu. Foods are so fresh and tasty. We was there last weekend and they just added some out door tables. This is perfect! Worth to try!!!

The beef pho at Viet's Aroma is excellent due to the high quality of each of its components. The broth is complex and rich in comparison with some at other restaurants that tend to be watery. The noodles are cooked perfectly so that they do not break when picking them up from the bowl. The vegetables are extremely fresh and abundant. Besides the soup, this restaurant has excellent appetizers such as fried spring rolls, garden rolls, and meat wrapped in grape leaves...my favorite...which is grilled and served with fish sauce. I recommend Vietnamese steak for entree. The meat is extremely tender and has an excellent flavor. It is served with a fresh salad and rice. You can definitely tell the owners care about the food quality here! Sometimes the chef even comes out to discuss cooking methods and ingredients with customers! I especially enjoy the new fancy granite tables that were just installed.

Now we have a good place for Asian food in Frederick. The place is small, but very nice. Foods are very tasty. We come here at least once a week.

Their pho is so bad. But the worst must be the fried rice.

I just have 1 sentence to say this restaurant was too horrible.

I've been at this restaurant for lunch almost everyday and I love their Pho. I don't see anything "too horible" about this restaurant like someone posted on the review. It's still good. The "Pho" still is best one in town. This is not fair for them!!!

Great place! There are other dishes beside Pho that you will enjoy... Extremely "lite" and healthy food.

I went to this place once and feel that their restaurant do need change. I do not like the flavor of their Pho. I am a Vietnamese and I do know what a real Pho flavor taste like. If you dont trust me, you can go to Pho Hoa in Saigon and taste it first. By the way, Viet Aroma's pho was really plain and i just smell the beef flavor. I do not smell the aroma that in a real Pho Place.

People have different opinions, but our family love their food! It's clean too! Great place.

Nice small place with good foods! Other dishes are also available. Therefore, you can bring friends or family even though they don't want Pho.

Love it! They also have beers now.

PHO Scotty
First things is first, they have great flavored Goi Cuon here, but is never well wrapped. Very frustrating to take a bite and have it self destruct. The peanut sauce is also very dark and overly sweet.

The soup overall is tasty. It is not nearly as good as some of the offerings down near the beltway though. I was especially disappointed with the vegetables I got. I have eaten here about 8 times and the veggies really are hit or miss. I like their noodles very much. They seem to stick together just enought to get them into the gullet and yet are not clumpy. I agree best in Frederick, but not best in state at all.

I am a Vietnamese too, and I don't agree with Hoang Tran as he compares Pho Hoa in Saigon (or any other Pho in Vietnam) with Pho at Viet Aroma (or any other Pho in the states).

Pho broth in Vietnam is too strong with a lot of cinnamon and anise. Due to weather, tradition and habits, Vietnamese people in Vietnam are used to that strong taste. All Pho in the US (from California - with biggest Vietnamese community in the states, to Maryland-D.C- Virginia region) are reduced of such strong ingredients in broth. Yet Pho restaurants here increase the quality of the broth by adding more beef bones/chicken bones.

The reason they do that is to bring a harmonized flavor of Pho broth to American friends.

I have traveled from the West to the East coast of the states, and Pho at Viet Aroma is in my top list of Pho. They have other delicious alternative choices when you are not in mood for Pho: Viet Steak, Viet chicken, Viet shrimp and scallops which are recommended by positive articles from the Gazzete and the Frederick news posts.

Great Vietnamese steak. Now they have weekend's special. Banh xeo (Crepe or pancake) was great last weekend !!!! Yum....

I like Viet's Aroma Pho, better than Lucky Corner, but I like Lucky Corner's food better than Viet's Aroma. The Pho here is more straight forward (maybe for my American palate), but it is complex. The Pho at Lucky Corner may be more traditional, as it has complex spices (Anise, Nutmeg?). But I prefer Viets Pho - - and I get the meat raw when I am there.

It is ok when you have a craving, but I still feel Pho 75 in Rockville is the best Pho in the Metro area.

Our family eats here at least once a week and I bring out of town quests here as well whenever I have the chance. The service is always quick, the place is kept clean, and the food always taste great.
