Very good veggie pho (rated meat at "4" for consistency's sake). The owner takes many hours to make the veggie broth from scratch, and it shows. Not the traditional-style broth you may recognize (there's not much of that star anise flavor), but very good.
Friendly service, too.

This is a wonderful resteraunt with a lot of choices and I had eaten there several times before I finally tried the Pho. I was pleasantly surprised that it was as good as any that I've had in the Metro area (and I've tried a lot!) The broth has a wonderfull flavor, not at all cloudy or greasy, the noodles were just the right consistency and the vegetables were very fresh. The service is much more friendly and attentive than you get at most Pho places and they obviously use very fresh and high quality ingredients. Definitely worth a visit if you get the chance.

some of the worst i have ever had, i think the meat may have even been slightly ripe. the liquid couldnt even qualify as beef stock, not even close to pho broth. as if they had added sugar,salt and cinnamon to bullion made from cubes. they ran out of cubes. they also served me "spring rolls" made with a flour wrapper(chinese not vietnamese).

ummmmm its the only pho restaurant in leesburg, and far from the best ive had. two words EDEN CENTER. and if ya dont know. ya bettah ask somebody.
