Good food all around.
Pho Phun
Great stuff! Broth had that good pho flavor; meat was sliced slightly thicker than I'm used to but that made it more flavorful. Tendon was cooked to jelly-like consistency, yum. The condiments and vegetables were just what I like. It's about a 40 mile round trip (not unusual in the Phoenix area) so I'll be back soon.
