I love Cafe Trang! I have been several times. When they moved locations they changed their menu but it's still superb!

The broth was very slimey, the flavor was just like i melted lard. And the broth smelled and looked like the gray water out of my RV. Not pho that I would recommend. Which is too bad, i would love to have something close by.

This is not an authentic vietnamese restaurant. This is an americanized restaurant. They shouldn't be serving Pho at all.
