I learned about this place from one of the food blog. My fiance was very leery about trying it because last time we tried Pho So 1 he wasn't very impressed. But this place by far has the best Pho, even my fiance loved it! The broth is favorful and the meat very tender. I didn't care for the meatball they used. I visit Las Vegas quite often and you can bet your money I will be back here every time I am in town.

Best pho place I've found in Las Vegas so far.
Only complaint is that there's a little too much green onions thrown on top.

My girlfriend and I went here 2 weeks ago for Brunch while in Vegas. It's way out on Spring Mountain road but it is well worth the trip from off the strip. This place kicks butt like Jet Lee!
The menu was thicker than the bible. :0
Try the Bahn Xeo!. It's a crepe with scallions, bean sprouts, pork and shimp. You also get a plate of lettuce, 2 types of mint & cilantro on the side to do the lettuce wrap thing with your crepe.
MMMMMMM. Bahn Xeo and Pho. A tasty combination to recharge the body after all the walking and drinking you do in Vegas!

The Pho is consistently good. They also have the best Bo Kho in Vegas. My only complaint is the room gets so crowded sometimes and the air is not cold. I hate that when the pho and the people heat up the place.
