Delicious & unique Pho. The quality of food is outstanding. The service is not as great as Pho 2006 (down the road) and the atmosphere is not as cozy & inviting. They would benefit from a Feng Shui remodel in their dining room as I feel it repels people. Maybe it's the lighting, but it's definitely a vibe I get. Too bad because the food is outstanding!

authentic Vietnamese pho! delicious broth, tender meat, fresh condiment, friendly family-run service. they've been in business for a long time. other pho shops follow along beltline, but can't compare with SAIGON'S PHO wonderful taste and aroma. they also serve rice and noodle dishes. yummy smoothie and vietnamese filter coffee with condensed milk. convenient location right at the corner of beltline and josey.
