My pho experience at Saigon Jade's has been awesome. the people who works there know when I walk in the door what I want, and I always get mine to go. because I don't do the "sit down" eating, my noodles do not come pre seperated, but it's so simple to break them up with the chopsticks on my own. the employees are really nice, and they offer more than just pho.
A small pho is 5.95, the large pho is 7.15 and the extra large is 9.45. they are open at 11 am for dine in, but start taking order for to-go at around 8:45 am they also offer other varieties of food besides pho, if that is not what you are looking for.
To find where this is specifically located, it's on the same row as Starbuck's and the Shoe repair store, on the corner, closest to the stairs.
Pho Phan
The broth here is sincerely lacking. You know that special fragrant quality that a rich Pho broth has that's just a feast for the senses which it touches your tongue - the broth here doesn't have it. In order to be a fantastic Pho, the broth needs ot be fantastic. I don't know what this broth was missing, but it seemed to be more than one thing. It tasted more like a Campbell's soup broth. This lacked overall Pho quality. I will not return here. This just doesn't hit the spot at all.
