Small place, hard to get parking off street, friendly service, pricier menu. I ordered a large rare beef, meatball. It came out the size of what I am used to as being medium. The broth was called to be pho Bac style. It was saltier than average, almost no anise flavor, very light on beefiness scale, and almost no fatiness. Plenty of meatballs in contrast to only a few slices of rare beef. Noodles looks and tastes like it came from reconstituted dried variety and there were diet size portion at that. The sprouts were yellowing with 1 sprig of VN basil and 1 wedge of lemon. The menu price was already high at $7.95 for large bowl but my ticket show $8.95 before tax... The place only takes cash, no credit or debit cards accepted. Then I got shorted $1 on my change tray.
I am hesitant to come back for another round.
