Pho Pasteur has a rather unique taste compare to the rest of Pho restaurant, but it is good. They claim to be without anise. Portion had been shrinking over the year (Their rice dishes has also been shrinking). Good parking space.

The pho here is over-rated. There are other good pho restaurants that can provide bigger and better quality pho for a cheaper price.
