Outstanding for service, quality of food, cleanliness, bathrooms, kitchen(Open kitchen...how often do you see that?) custom contemporary decor, REAL furniture, and the best pho I have had. The staff wear uniforms, and are fluent in english.

Very good place to go eat pho. The pho here is unbelievably tasty, and while the meat is not as tender as one would hope, it is made up with the delicious broth that it accompanies. The staff can be a bit rude, and occasionally mess up an order, but that's not why one would go here. If you want to try good pho, I suggest coming here.

Oh my god, this restaurant has the best pho. If you want a bowl of comfort soup, definitely try this place. And the staff is exceptionally friendly.

Easily accessible off the 8th street 676 exit, in the heart of Chinatown, Pho Cali is a delightful experience. The Pho is splendid, and the large number of local customers is indicative of the value and quality.

Pretty good pho. There are better places in the city, but it's not bad at all. Prices are reasonable.

Great pho, I come here all the time either after a show at the Troc. or if I'm just trying to impress friends.
