I only submit a 1 because I can't go any lower. The first time I came here (from Indianapolis) it was closed for a month. Oh, did I forget to mention that the phone number in the phone directory is wrong? Hmmm. Well the SECOND time I came up from Indianapolis (Yeah I know, screw me once, shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me) and called before I got there. I called at 6pm and they said, yes we are open until 7. That is 7pm. 7:00 p.m. EDT. Seven o'clock. 12:00 GMT. Anyway, knowing that I can get there 30 minutes before they closed, I walk to the door realizing that the door is locked. The people inside give me the pathetic look of someone that just lost their dog. After kicking quite loudly, the waitress comes to the door (not opening it by the way) and asks if I have called in my order. Well, no I haven't called in my order because I figured I would just eat it HERE SINCE I AM HERE DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. Oh, 'fraid not, we are closed. So if they say they are open until seven, do not believe them. I am done. Twice is too many times to go here. I hope somebody, anybody has better luck.

Went yesterday get Pho after a business meeting with my little Pho Ho. Service was fast and everything was good except the broth was a little weak. Not as much flavor as I was used to but the overall flavor was good. Price was good. Overall, I am happy and will go back.

I love the Pho Tai and Pho Ga at the Saigon Restaurant! I have to go at least once a week. Don't arrive late because they are crazy busy all day and sometimes close early. Also don't expect anything fancy. Just great food at reasonable prices with a staff that will help if you ask. LOVE the PHO!!

Boy was I happy to discover pho in Fort Wayne! I was there for the holidays with my boyfriend. It was right around Thanksgiving when we went, and there weren't many people there. There were a lot of options on the menu: various cuts of beef and chicken. I ordered the chicken (though I prefer tofu). The pho was good and came in a nice, big bowl. The meat and noodles were abundant and the toppings were great. I'd recommend it.
