My dad's favorite, says the Pho reminds him of Saigon, 1968. A family business from North Vietnam who has been offering a wide selection of excellent Pho and and other unique Vietnamese dishes in Salem since at least 1993. Very reasonably priced--under $5. I highly recommend it.

I have been to what seems like a jillion Pho restaurants and this one rules them all. Best Pho I've ever had! And the price is right, service is right... everything is just right.

Great Pho! They are very accommodating too, I ask for something that was not a specific combo on the their Pho menu, and I got what I asked for...yum. The broth was so tasty, well balanced. They had other food items - wish I had time to explore them all, but I just came for the Pho. I was hoping that I would find a pho restaurant closer to home, I have tried the 3 places in Eugene and they just don't compare to this place. So instead of driving 3 hours, now I have to drive 4 hours to get my pho fix ;-(

This place is called Kim Huong now, I had pretty decent expectations after the reviews on here as best pho in Salem but was disappointed, I'll try the two super pho's and Vietnam restaurant and hope for better, a lot better

authentic food, pho was excellent, eggroll vermicelli also excellent!
