Denver's first fast-casual pho noodle shop.
Fast, Convenient, Affordable. Hip and high energy atmosphere.
Broth - Excellent. Clear and flavorful.
Noodles - Typical white rice pho noodles.
Quality of Meat - Only pho shop I know that uses serloin tip. Not fatty and tough brisket and flank.
Vegetables - Fresh thai basil, bean sprouts, etc.
Friends and I think this is the best pho restaurant in Denver. Its different because its clean and contemporary, but serves authentic pho, plus lots of other menu items and entrees including Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese.
Best Pho in Denver in an unexpected location. Pho Fusion is the first pho shop which focuses on an Americanized environment to introduce a new cuisine to the mainstream. The key is you actually have to have great food. My friends and I love it.
Don't bother. There are so many more authentic and better Pho places to go to.
Worst pho in Denver. I don't think they know what the hell this people doing.
I have tried Pho at probably 4 or 5 places and they have the best hands down. It is light, very fragrant and doesn't have the gross fat on the top. Just because it isn't a whole in the wall and run by asian people that don't speak english doesn't make it any less authentic. I will not eat pho from anywhere else.
