The service here kind of really sucks. but so does the service at most pho joints. other than the workers avoiding eye contact with patrons to avoid refilling a glass of water there are not too many other faults with the place. i've noticed that they usually have one or two hostile employees on hand at all times. these folk are of the variety that do not look at you when taking your order. where they are looking i do not know but at least they seem to get the order right most of the time. the water here is good because irvine runs evian for tap water.

OMG the service is horible, Nobody pay attention on you most of the time . Once they got some flies on my soup. sh*t!!!

I just experienced a terrible time at Pho 99. We ordered two bowls of Pho but only one was brought to the table. At other Pho resutrants, two people can share a bowl and still leave a bit satisfied but the protions are just plan too small here!! Usually I would make a stink about it but I figured that if the quanity of the first bowl is like this the second would be the same. The price is a bit high also. I will not go back till they change thier quality
