This restaurant is actually now part of the Than Brothers chain, and its quality has improved to match.

I was pleasantly surprised by their broth. Of course, I will have to go back a few more times to check consistency. Than Brothers shops' broth can vary even at the same place from ultralight to way too strong and MSG'ed. This location had the best broth I've had at a Than Bros. restaurant. The only problem at this location is that they get very overwhelmed at lunch time and it's hard to get the waiter's attention plus they get behind on their orders. From start to finish my visit took about 50 minutes instead of the normal 20 minutes. I stayed because I was really hungry and I had my mind set on a bowl of pho.
