The place is run by a nice older Cambodian guy. Really clean inside, and menu had good variety.
Fresh spring rolls were a little dull - just basil, noodles, and tofu, with no cilantro, nuoc cham, or anything else to add flavor.
I had the vegetable pho, which was pretty good all around. The cauliflower and carrots were cooked perfectly, and the broth was light and flavorful.
One small inconvenience was that they didn't have the little sauce plates on the table to mix the sriracha and plum sauces. This is a pet peeve of mine, since I am not an in-the-soup-squirter. All in all, good pho at a good price.

I love this place. The gentleman that owns it is so very sweet and will work the front when's he's there.
There Pho is done wonderfully. The broth is flavorful and on a few occasions, i've been tempted to get a contain of it to take home and drink straight. I get pho with steak. I have noticed that at certain times, the meats are better then others. they will be sliced thinner and still rare when brought to the table and cooking in the brother (something i love about a good pho). other times they will be a bit thicker and cooked almost through.
the other big plus for me is their little bakery. it sounds odd for a pho place, but that sweet old man makes some of the best cream puffs! i've also heard his almond cookies are good too, but i can't get past those cream puffs.
