for veggie pho, well dont go, but overall very friendly

I stopped in after lunch time one day. A young woman took my order. She brought tea and water. I ordered the Pho Ga (chicken soup). The chicken was old like it had been left out since lunch. The side ingedients, basil, peppers, bean sprouts looked as though they were not fresh and like they had been sitting out since lunch or earlier. I complained to the girl and she didn't say anything. Also, there was a draft there that day, like someone had the AC on or the back door was open. Bring a coat and a hat. The reason you eat Pho is for the fresh ingredients. Without these, why bother. I won't bother to go here next time.
