Pho 79 has an open, clean enviorment. It is also conveniently located next to an asian market.

Comfortable place to have some ultimate comfort food. Pho ga (#18? on menu) is better than kosher chicken soup any day. What in the world is "bible tripe" anyway? It sure adds an interesting taste and texture to the beef dishes.

I ate at the Mercury Blvd. location today (take-out). The pho was great! I waited no more than about 5 minutes and was pleasantly surprised at how good the soup was. I will try to eat inside the restaurant next time now that I know the food is so good. I wasn't crazy about the way the prepare the tendon, but if you love this cut of meat, know that you will receive a very generous portion of same.

This is by far still my favorite place for pho. The broth is always so much more flavorful and the portions you receive are twice as much compared to other restaurants.

Good pho, service sux. But the food is good. What kind of restaurant needs you to ask for more water?
