inconvenienced customer
Waited for our food to come out for an hour to be exact and still did not receive our food. We waited patiently thinking maybe they were just busy and it was taking especially long for our food to come out that day. They did not even provide water until we asked for it 3 times. When I complained to the manager, he got defensive and started yelling at us for complaining and pushed us out the door for no reason. I told the manager that I simply wanted an apology for the food not arriving and the bad service, but he failed to apologize, saying that he had no reason to apologize. Not only did we NOT receive our food we ordered an hour prior, but we were inconvenienced, mistreated by the owner/manager, failed to apologize for the food delay or no food at all.

Have eated here several times for convenience not for taste. Spring rolls are normally greasy and semi burnt. Service is very slow, soup is pretty weak in flavor, bean sprouts are not the freshest.

Service is slow and they aren't that friendly. The food wasn't all that..

They were not nice and the food which took a long time was not that good... go to PHO Nguyen on Sudley - much better.

I've had take-out pho maybe 3 times here. I've found the broth to be decent, the meat is OK, maybe a bit dry, and the vegetables were fine. If I'm in the shopping center I will usually stop in. They do take a bit longer than the average shop. Probably takes closer to 15 min for takeout vs the average 8-10 min. The staff is not especially friendly but I hadn't had any problems.

Every time I go to Pho Gormet, I have great food. Their Pho is plentiful, flavorful and has wonderful fresh veggies with it. The sprint rolls (unfried) have a wonderful peanut sauce and thai basil to eat with every bite. Best I have had anywhere. I have gone to Atlanta asian community and it doesn't come close.

It take a little longer but I think they make it when you order it, so it's not McDonald's.
