Visited on a weekday evening 3/13. Didn't really like the cha gio, although the presentation with the veggies was beautiful. Bad texture. Too much breading and not enough substance inside the egg roll. Had tai chin nam pho. The soup was pretty mediocre. It didn't suck, and satisfied my need for a pho fix, but just wasn't spectacular in any way. The veggies were super fresh, and this was the best thing about the place.
The restaurant is clean and attractively decorated. The girl who served us did a fair enough job.
I would call this an average pho joint at best. Given the fact that there are a ton of pho joints in the area, I will likely not return. If it was the only one in the area, it would satisfy.
