This restaurant opened Dec 2012. Super friendly staff, great service, huge meat portions in the soup, decent cha gio. The soup was really good. Prices are not bad. Large bowl $7.75. Very small spot in a strip center, only about 10 tables, and very clean. Definitely worth a try. Probably the friendliest folks I've ever met working at a pho joint. Ask for the special spicy onion mix to add to your soup. Never heard of such a thing before, and they offered it to me. It was awesome.
I normally eat down the street at Pho Saigon, which is great. But this place gives them a run for the money, and the down home service takes them over the top. I can't wait to try them again next time I am in the Tech Center.
