Oh, YUM!!! Pho 82 is just about the classiest pho stop I've been to (aside from actual Vietnamese restaurant serving pho). The atmosphere is very clean and inviting with everything looking fresh and new. Prices are on par with the local pho establishments in El Paso county.
The broth is great. It is clear and seasoned nicely. Pho 82 does not skimp on the meat and noodles-- in fact, they are very generous. The meat is high quality and very tender. I judge by the rare beef and find this to be the best in town.
The shrimp spring rolls are large and tasty with a hint of mint. The egg rolls are perfectly cooked and served with lots of lettuce.
This is my new go-to pho place!
