Ohhh, yum! I have been here 3x, now. The first time I was slightly disappointed. It had only been open for a few weeks at that point. Well, they seem to have worked out the kinks in their soup.
The broth is clear and flavorful, perfect!! Noodles are abundant, even in the 4.99 small lunch special bowl. Vegetables are fresh and they don't skimp. The rare beef is tender and thin and fresh. The brisket is surprisingly tender, too-- I"m not normally a brisket fan but I find I like it in the soup.
I also liked their spring rolls. It should be noted that this is new location of the pho viet off of galley (the one in the old pizza hut). I find that I like the atmosphere better, though the staff is not quite as friendly.
