This is my family's go-to restaurant, not just our go-to pho restaurant. I cannot say enough great things about this place. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. The owners have been very friendly with us from the first time we ate at the restaurant. In fact, they are the most welcoming restaurant owners I have ever come into contact with, which is a huge reason why we continue to return to the restaurant.
Now let's talk about the pho. The most important component for me when placing judgement of pho is the broth. The broth at Pho In and Out is amazing, not greasy at all. Absolutely perfect in every way, with a strong and not-too-salty flavoring. All the ingredients are fresh. The meat is top-quality and tender. The vegetables easily cooked in the broth to your liking. The noodles are the perfect al-dente texture, not clumpy and not mushy.
You may be asking yourself, "What does one pay for this very high-quality bowl of pho?" The answer to that is the best part: $5.80 for a small and $6.55 for a large. An absolute bargain for what you get.
In addition to all that is so great about this restaurant, it is a very clean establishment, rest rooms and all.
If there was an award to be won for the best pho restaurants in Seattle, this restaurant would win for best overall.
