Popped in there 9/12 for a late lunch while passing through town. I think this place opened about May 2012.
Wasn't bad. I had a bowl of tai chin nam and cha gio. Nothing to brag about, but didn't suck by any means. Service was adequate, place was clean. Prices were not bad either. I got an order of goi con to go, and ate them several hours later. They were pretty good.
It is hard to believe there is a Pho restaurant in Canon City. I hope it lasts. It is on the east side of town right across the street from the Fremont County Sheriff's Office.
If in the area and you need a fix, give it a shot.

I have been going here for about a year now (changed owners and name this summer) The food is always consistently good. Pho is good and flavorful, fresh herbs. I usually have one of the vermacelli noodle bowls a combination of a soup and salad in one, very good.
