This is a tasty addition to Lafayette, Colorado. You can tell from the moment you walk in the door it's going to be good because of the delicious smell that hits you. They have lots of other things on the menu, but I only ever get the pho (and maybe a spring roll on occasion). I get rare beef, flank and tripe. The broth is meaty and not overly salty. The noodles are springy and tasty. The veggies are always fresh and delicious and the service has never been bad.
