Yay, another pho contender along Belknap. It's in the new strip NW past the other 2 VN mall strips, my GPS couldn't find it the first time, Google map satellite view helped locate it much better next time around. Parking done right. Very spacious fresh decor interior. Beautiful live coral fish tank centerpiece, well lit, great table spacings and comfortable seatings. Service was fast and courteous. Broth was nice and hot, clear and a definitely stronger anise scent. Noodles were fresh and al dente cooked perfection. Meat selection had plenty of beefiness, tendons were tender bite sized not minced, and meatballs were uniform and surprising not gamy/sinewy.
Veggie was a bit sparse but were fresh had all the essential basil, sprouts, cilantro, lime, and jalapeno slices.
Great place to expose your American friends to VN cuisine.
