Pho Tum Yum has been gutted and completely redone. This is a must check out place, especially the bun noodles. The place is the cleanest and nicest looking pho place I've been to, must check out the bathrooms, cleanest and most highly appointed, wish this place wasn't in the middle of the spanish ghetto.
