The pho ga was tasty but far from standard. The broth was slightly cloudy and not very complex in flavor, though the salt level was right on target. No garnish plate - instead, basil and bean sprouts mixed with small but numerous strips of white meat chicken. The noodles were also pale white, with little to no clumping. The portion size was perfect (not too huge to finish).

Most disappointing bowl of pho iI have ever had in my life. Broth was cloudy and flavorless. Noodles had an unwashed smell. Bean sprout flavor was stronger than broth. No meat options. Ick. I have had better pho from a bao long flavor cube.
