Some of the BEST Pho I've have tried in Texas. Better than California's Pho too. The broth is excellent and the quality is very consistent. Best Pho experience I've encountered.
One of the few pho places that offer the XL bowl size and it is huge. The broth was a little weaker than average. The noodles were fresh but not quite cooked to al dente making them chewier than what I'm used to. The meat was decent but sparse compared to the other contents of the XL bowl. The veggies were meager but did include all the essential ingredients especially the coriender, yay! Restaurant layout is clean and spartan. Service is speedy and friendly.
This place also offer the chicken and seafood pho variety in addition to a strong showings of Central VN (mien Trung) specialties: bun bo Hue, com hen, bun hen, banh beo ...
Sup guys! This place is THE BOMB!!! I swear it! I love Pho Pasteur. I'm telling you.. the pho is THE BEST. I love the size that they giveth!!! It's huge. The vegetables are always fresh and the pho is always perfect! Every time I come the portions are always the same. I never get cut short. The meat is perfect!! I love the rare steak and the soup base!!! YUM!!! Please go!!
Your meat, noodles, and vegetables tend not to be too much different for me from restaurant to restaurant.
Pho Pasteur's broth is what makes it special. It's flavorful without being overpowering and makes me want to down the whole bowl after I'm done with the noodles and meat.
I drive past 5-10 other Pho restaurants on my way here and any time I've stopped anywhere else, I've been disappointed. Pho Pasteur is where it's at.
The staff is also very friendly and the service is extremely fast.
I am a pho addict, and pho pasteur is simply the best from faaarrr!!! Try #22 or #23 XL .
