Atmosphere is nice and comfortable. Pho is good for Knoxville but can't compare to Las Vegas. Sprouts and other begs were fresh. Noodles slightly clumpy but when I broke them apart they were ok. Price is a bit high but when the selection for pho in the area is limited, it better than no pho!
