Hard to believe I pass by this place in times past. Last week here so I squeeze in a visit and it was well worth it. Very family owned business. The young tween hostess was no nonsense efficient to seat you in the spartan but well spaced table. The friendly waitress took the order and got my heaping full piping hot bowl out lickety split. The broth was clear and dare I say? Perfectly balanced with all the pho notes and no one overwhelming the others. Oodles of fresh noodles easily doubles as a big lunch or a medium dinner. The meatball had just a hint of beefy gameness square danced with the clumps of thinly sliced rare beef while the tiny minnow shape tendons slips easily through my futile attempts to capture them. Veggies were mid sized pile, fresh and plentiful despite its ... middle of winter here.
The pint size hostess doubles as runner and busing table cleared away my victual remains on her return trip at another table while I'm sipping my tea. I wish my kids were that mindful and efficient! Nice place, ran by people that OWN IT PROUDLY!!! Come by and feel the LOVE. Peace out.

Moving on to next project but got to get one last bowl of pho before I leave. Still awesome all around. Tried to have the raw steak on the side to be added when you start. It cloud up the broth a bit but all that sweet natural juice goes to your broth, yum. Then the helpful waitress asked if I had ever tried the ox tail pho, their specialty!!! What? There's a higher level of pho here? They are not open tomorrow on Thursday? Oh man... why must I suffer so. I gotta to try that next time I'm in town... They got a pretty full menu for rice and noodle dishes too for those who don't eat pho every chance they get ... like me!
