They don't have a lot of options, but their broth is one of my favorites. This is a great place to introduce people to the wide world of Pho.
Big D!
With my background as a Vietnamese who love to eat, my recommendation is Hue Restaurant & Lounge for your first experience with Pho—it could be the most memorial one! Either too tasty, too pricy, or too far… but you will get what you pay for IMHO.
Check out their WED Asian Beer Night!
or Tiki Drink Menu for Jet Pilot
Other than Pho menu… got to try other dishes that involved “fish-sauce” such as:
1) Bun Dac Biet--White Vermicelli Noodles Beef & Shrimp
2) Bo Luc Lac--Shaking Beef
3) Banh Xeo--Vietnamese pan-fried “crepe”
Go ahead and get going to Hue!
