What the pho? Pho in Olathe, KS? Hidden gem of a market but the pho was lacking. I white'd it up, for some reason, and went strictly for meat. Probably should have just let them do their thing with the tripe. There were two types of meat but hardly any in terms of volume. The steak type was small and tough, the processed type was like steamed meat log sliced and fatty. The broth was delicious. The noodles were great. The veggies were fresh and abundant. The price was a little much for the avg size bowl at $5.99. Ordered some delicious Bahn Mi to go at $3. Their sesame balls were too doughy.

I was so happy when I saw they offered Pho and I didn't have to drive all the way downtown. I had it a few times and it tasted like they used beef cubes and canned stock and I could barely find the meat. I had no idea they even had a restaurant because they had no advertising. The store is clean and staff is helpful.
