This restaurant was called "Thai Chili" for a few years, and in April, 2011, they changed their name to "Thai Chili & Pho".
Not bad. Especially since it's the only place that serves pho in Grand Junction. A bit expensive (10 bucks for a bowl for dinner, $7.50 for cha gio), but I'm sure it costs more to get the ingredients in Grand Junction, and they have no competition for pho.
After having a couple of bowls, I would say they are probably average at best, but when it's the only game in town, that makes it a bit more desireable.

Prices are much higher than you would find in Denver, but this seems to be the only place on the Western slope with pho. The restaurant ambiance is nice and the place is kept clean. Staff is nice.
