after being in vietnam for 10 days and sampling some of the world's best pho (a good place to start is pho 24 named so bc of the price: 24,000 dong - about $1.50) i was hard pressed to find a great place. pho 75 did the trick. my husband and i were the only westerners in there, which is always a good sign. it was delicious. i ordered the well done brisket, which was completely lean and thinly sliced. my husband had the meatballs which he enjoyed, but was jealous after tasting my brisket. i highly recommend a trip to this cheap, warm, tasty gem of a restaurant.

I wish they would open in New York (where I live). The Race Street offering is good, but this location is much better.

I and a friend are regulars here. The price is certainly right and the pho is always reliable and delicious. Top off your meal with a hot Vietnamese coffee. Also, they have something not always easily found in south Philadelphia - easy parking!
