I used to eat here more frequently when I worked in close proximity. Good service, plenty of condiments that were very fresh (they were always slicing peppers and portioning thai basil in the restaurant when I came in to eat). Very Nice Fresh Spring Roll with a home-made dipping sauce that was sweet and tangy...
It was my first PHO experience, so no basis for comparison, but I would recommend it!
