This is a full service resturaunt with great summer rolls and a wonderful pork vermicelli bowl. But the Pho tends to have noodles that clump together and since Pho '75 is just two blocks away, I always go there for the Pho.

Great Pho. This is the first Pho I ever had, and I continue to try and find something as good (since I moved). There are large amounts of fresh bean sprouts, lime, basil, sauces etc. It is also good to go.

This place is a great value. The pho is generally pretty good, with generous servings of meat and vegetables. The place could use a facelift, but one can overlook this, given the prompt service, the tastiness of the pho, and the excellent prices. One of the better places for pho in the Philadelphia area.

I found the Pho at the restaurant to be slightly disappointing. While nothing was terribly awry, neither was anything particularly distinctive either. I wonder if the fact that its a chain leads to some type of generic Pho that is middle-of-the road? As another reviewer stated, with Pho 75 just a block or so away, I wouldn't go back to Pho Hoa when in the neighborhood.
