Finally! A pho restaurant in Winona! So glad I found it. Delicious! A Must TRY!

I went there for the Pho... but it isn't really Vietnamese Pho... these are Hmong people. Hardly any meat, weak taste, expensive for a bowl of flavored water and rice noodles. People who like it have never had real Pho... and all of the Chinese places in this town are run by Hmong who can't even speak Chinese. The staff was kind, but the food was made with the cheapest ingredients and the place was smelly. No good. If you have ever had real pho you would not like this place.
