I live in Philadelphia and I'm a pho addict. Pho Xe Lua is one of my favorite places to get a good bowl of pho. The broth is always very hot and full of flavor. It's served with lots and lots off fresh basil, crisp bean sprouts and chili peppers on the side. Go, you will love it!

My wife and I really enjoy eating here. The place lacks atmosphere, but the general quality of the pho and other dishes is pretty good. The waiters are attentive, the service prompt, and the prices are very good.

This is the best pho I've EVER had, EVER...I'm from VA and the pho here doesn't compare, neither do the prices! The large pho is HUGE and the summer rolls are enormus! 2 large pho tai and 2 order summer roll for under $18?!?!?! That's freaking crazy

I've been to at least a dozen different pho places as I travel a lot for work and THIS is the place I compare all against, no other place has even come close...

It is by far the best pho joint I have ever eaten at, the large bowls are HUGE the normal size bowl as large as most places large. The prices are amazing as well.

You can not go wrong with this place- my friends and I affectionately call this place choo choo for its train in the window.

The soup train. I miss the most out of everything Philly has to offer. Soup, dead balls on. Unbeatable. Try beef with vinegar, frogs with garlic, snails with lemongrass and hot pepper. Try everything. I dream about this place.

Love this place! Being raised on pho all my life, I find the broth here to be comparable to my mother's cooking. Excellent place and great price!

Wow this place was awesome.
The large was huge. I'm from MD and the small was as a big as the large I'm used to. Had a hard time finishing it but I was so good.

There are only two sizes, large and extra large. What gets better than that?
