Not entirely a pho joint, it's mostly thai, but they do have Pho Bo, Pho Ga and Pho Seafood soups, for a price. The broth in the Pho Bo is wonderful, the meat is a little thick, there is no lime or basil, and they don't give enough chilis or sprouts, but that is all up to taste.
The pho bowls are $8.95 for lunch and $10.95 for dinner, so it is on the pricey side. But unless you can find another pho place nearby, it's the only show in Cary. Their broth is delicious, and piping hot, the rest I don't pay any attention to.
