They serve their Pho with Australian Wagyu (KOBE) beef and Ostrich Fan fillet.I have been told by the owner that they had to ship their XA Sung from Hanoi to cooked with the beef bone in their broth, that's why it is so good.( Authentic and Original from the north). I could not believe that they even had a big menu on Exotic food too.
