Bale Valley has been around for decades. This place is packed weekdays during lunch hour, partly due to white collar pho fans that work around the Warner Center. Most other times is not so crowded.
Try the fried egg rolls for a starter. Wrap the roll with the lettuce and dip it in the sweet sauce that comes with it.
For your standard beef pho fix, I recommend the DB2. Even if you're not in the mood for Pho, try their other popular dishes such as the charbroiled chicken (more or less a whole broiled game hen over rice) and the crispy chow mein (crispy noodles mixed vegetables with mixed meats and seafood).
I highly recommend this place! See you there!
