Some of the best Pho I've ever had, and I've eaten Seattle Pho, too. My only gripes, and they are small, is that they don't have a seafood Pho without Beef broth, or a purely vegeterian broth. Sometimes the Jalepenos are not very strong. Other than that, it's very quick, delicious, and filling. Great atmosphere, too!

I had never had pho before until I went to this restaurant. My husbands family is Viatnamese so they went all the time, and now that I went with him, I am totally hooked. We just moved to Virginia Beach Virginia, and we coulndn't find a pho restaurant anywhere. We finally found one and are actually going tonight, but I still miss my first time Pho!!!

My only complaint is that once in a while, the meat is too tough and chewy, which requires judicious use of toothpicks throughout the meal in order to make progress. But most of the time the meat is nice and tender and the broth is always fantastic. I love pho hung!

After moving to Oregon from Hawaii (where the Pho is plentiful and delish) I had been sorely disappointed with the local Pho offerings until I went to Pho Hung. All I can say is that the Pho at Pho Hung is some seriously tasty business!!
